No snow in March at the Avalanche Express in York, PA. has caused this event to be cancelled.
BSA Troop 103 Scouts, Parents & Committee,
Last evening the scouts voted to hold the March Snow Tubing event on the evening of Friday, March 4th at Avalanche Express in York, PA. This is one week earlier than indicated on the troop calendar and was moved up since reservations are not being accepted for the weekend that we originally selected. Here are the details:
Date: Friday, March 4, 2022
Time: 7-10 pm (we must arrive by 6:30 pm)
Where: Avalanche Express, 2700 Mount Rose Avenue, York PA 17402; (717)718-3770;
- Cost: $45. Please purchase your tickets online in advance at https://avalanchexpress.com

- Misc.: 2 Permission Slips required:
- Boy Scout Permission Slip (attached);
- Avalanche Express Waiver (online). For each scout, please send me a copy of the e-signed waiver that you receive back in your email confirmation.
All ticket sales are final and must be used within one year of purchase.
- Meet: Please meet at Avalanche Express at 6:30 pm, coordinate carpools from St. Joseph Church in advance for those needing transportation.
