Starting in 1918 and through the 1920s, Troop 3 (now Troop 103) was sponsored by the St. Joseph Catholic Church under of Rev. James Huber, Head of the Organization.. Historically, the Troop at different times was sponsored and supported by the St. Joseph Parish, the Knights of Columbus Hanover Council 871 and the Holy Name Society of St. Joseph Church. Beginning in 2023, the Troop’s Charter Organization reverted back to St. Joseph Parish under Monsignor James Lyons, Executive Officer.
